One Employee with COVID-19 infection dies and two are hospit

Employee #1, a physical therapy assistant was assigned to help walk COVID-19 patients as part of their treatment. Employee #1 was admitted to the hospital on December 16, 2021, and he died from COVID-19 on February 5, 2021. Employee #2, a nurse in the telemetry department, began feeling symptoms of COVID-19 on January 7, 2021, and this was also her last day of work prior to hospitalization. Employee #2 tested positive for COVID-19 on January 11, 2021, and was hospitalized on January 22, 2021. Employee #2 was released from the hospital on January 25, 2021, and she returned to work on January 28, 2021. Employee #3, a charge nurse in the emergency department, began having symptoms of COVID-19 on November 23, 2020. Employee #3 had COVID-19 test on November 27, 2020 and the test came back positive. Employee #3 was admitted to the hospital on December 4, 2020, and she was discharged from the hospital on December 9, 2020.
