Employee is pinned in trench by concrete during water main r

At 2:15 p.m. on March 29, 2021, Employee #1 was repairing an underground water main when a sidewall collapse occurred. A large section of concrete fell, pinning the employee in the trench. Fortunately, there were no injuries. Emergency services were called to assist in extricating the employee, who was then treated on-site without hospitalization.
