At 1:08 p.m. on April 3, 2021, Employee # 1 was moving a service car into a gara ge when two clients cornered her in while arguing with her. One of the clients s truck her on the face with a gun and when Employee # 1 tried to defend herself, the client shot her in the abdomen causing her death. Employee # 1 died.
