Employee dies from heart attack

At 2:00 p.m. on March 19, 2021, Employee #1 was operating a diesel-powered concrete loader and parked the truck in front of a shop bay door. Some time later, a coworker saw Employee #1 slumped over in the driver's seat of the idling truck through the open bay door. The coworker called emergency responders after Employee #1 remained unresponsive. Employee #1 was pronounced dead on the scene, due to an apparent heart attack.
