At 8:45 a.m. on December 2, 2020, three employees (1 Registered nurse, 1 Housekeeper and a Laundry Aid) who worked for a Skilled Nursing Facility were reportedly hospitalized with COVID-19. All three employees had been performing their normally assigned duties prior to contracting COVID-19. All three employees were hospitalized and released. The date, time and other details leading up to the exposures are not indicated in the narrative. The employer did not have Adequate Aerosol Transmissible Diseases policies and procedures in place.
