EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PINNED AGAINST THE EAST WALL OF THE FABRICATION PLANT AT THE NATTER MANUFACTURING COMPANY. SOME FLAT SHEETS OF STEEL FELL OFF A TRAILER TOWARD HIM, LEAVING HIM NO AREA IN WHICH TO ESCAPE.
