EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING ON THE ROOF OF A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION. HE FELL BETWEEN THE ROOF BEAMS 28 FEET TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH INJURIES. NO FALL PROTECTION OF ANY KIND WAS PROVIDED.
