AS AN EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING AN ALUMINUM EXTENSION LADDER, IT FELL BACKWARDS INTO AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND BURNS.
