Employee is killed when caught between forklift and Eco-pan

At 5:30 a.m. on February 20, 2021, an employee began to prepare a forklift for the day's work. The employee started the forklift and began to move the tines when the forklift began to roll backwards. The employee attempted to jump into the forklift, but was caught between the side of the forklift and an Eco-pan and killed by crushing injuries.
