Four Employees With Covid-19 Infection Are Hospitalized

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on February 17, 2021, four employees were working a g rocery store when they were tested and received positive results for COVID-19. All four employees were hospitalized due to contracting COVID-19. The Divisio n received four reports of employees being hospitalized with COVID-19 from Febru ary 17, 2021 through February 22, 2021. Employee #1's last day at work was Febr uary 15, 2021, tested positive for COVID-19 on February 16, 2021, and was hospit alized on February 17, 2021. Employee #2's last day at work, tested positive on February 11, 2021, and was hospitalized on February 17, 2021. Employee #3 starte d not feeling well and was tested for COVID-19 on February 13, 2021. The employe e's last day at work and positive results for COVID-19 was on February 14, 2021. Employee #3 was hospitalized on February 19, 2021, was released on March 12, 20 21, and then re-hospitalized on March 21, 2021. Employee #4's the last day worke d was on February 14, 2021, tested positive on February 16, 2021, and was hospit alized on February 21, 2021.
