An employee was an assistant teacher at a childcare education center. On January 24, 2021, the employee had a fever and tested for COVID-19 and received a positive result. The employee was hospitalized and spent approximately 2 weeks in the hospital due to the virus before the employee died at 2:15 p.m. on February 11, 2021.
