Three Employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized, on

On December 9, 2020, three employees who worked for an aerospace company were reported to have contracted COVID-19. Employee #1 last worked on December 9, 2020, on which date he took a COVID-19 test which was positive. On December 21, 2020, Employee #1 was hospitalized. On December 4, 2020, Employee #2 was tested for COVID-19 and on December 9, 2020, the employee received a positive test result. Employee #2 was hospitalized on December 28, 2020. Employee #3 began to experience symptoms on December 6, 2020. He notified the employer on December 7, 2020, of a positive test results. The employer conducted contact tracing but could not determine where the exposure originated. The employer decided to rule the infection as workplace spread. On December 10, 2020, Employee #3, who teleworked, went to the hospital as inpatient and was sent back home. On December 17, 2020, Employee #3 returned to the hospital and was admitted until December 21, 2020. Employee #3 later died as a result of COVID-19.
