Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working in an assisted living facility when he ended his work shift on the morning of January 4, 2021. On January 7, the employee started to develop symptoms of COVID-19. The employee sent a message to his supervisor that his spouse had tested positive for COVID-19 and that he was now showing symptoms. On January 12, the employee was hospitalized and he died on January 16, 2021, from complications of the COVID-19 infection.
