Investigation Summary
On Saturday, December 12 and Sunday December 13, 2020, Employee # 1 was working in a brigade when a coworker tested positive for COVID-19. Employee # 1 went into quarantine according to protocol. On December 17, 2020, Employee # 1 tested positive for COVID-19. He was hospitalized until December 30, 2020, when he died of medical complications. He died at 3:51 p.m. of heart attack and respiratory complications from COVID-19.
