Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a volunteer fire police captain for a volunteer fire department. For some unknown reason, one that was not work-related, he was exposed to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). He contracted COVID-19. On January 23, 2021, he died as a result.
