At 5:15 p.m. on January 21, 2021, an employee felt ill at another job and left work to get tested. The employee tested positive for COVID-19, was hospitalized, release and found dead at his home. The death certificate listed cardiac arrest, hyperkalemia, COVID-19, and Renal disease.
