Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 12:00 p.m. on January 6, 2021, an employee was at home before hospitalization. The employee informed the employer that he was not feeling well. The employer instructed the employee to go home and take a COVID-19 test and stay home and await results. The test was performed on 12/23/20. On 12/29/2020, the employee was admitted to the hospital in an induced coma due to COVID-19, and had pneumonia. The employee died on January 6th, 2021.
