Investigation Summary
In late 2020, a 73-year-old employee was working for an electrical contracting firm that installed solar panels and the associated wiring. He had been visiting with a family member who was infected by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. On December 16, 2020, the employee began exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. He was taken to the hospital. There, he tested positive for COVID-19. He was admitted. At 5:00 p.m. on December 28, 2020, he died.
