WHILE EMPLOYEE #1 WAS UNDERNEATH THE FRAME DISCONNECTING THE RIGHT HYDRAULIC ERECTION CYLINDER, THE RAILROAD TIE SLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER THE FRAME. THE FRAME CAME DOWN AND CRUSHED EMPLOYEE #1.
