Four employees with COVID-19 infection die

In late 2020, four employees were working at a machine shop. All four employees worked as laborers. All four were the same age, 60. The UPA, 1715388, said that there were three fatalities. The investigation said that were four fatalities. The state occupational safety and health administration sent out four next-of-kin letters. All four employees contracted COVID-19. All four employees died of the disease. 11:00 a.m. on December 3, 2020 was given as the time and date of the incidents.
