An employee was feeling sick and went to Health Services on December 10, 2020. The employee was tested for COVID-19 and sent home the same day. The employee went back to Health Services on December 11, 2020 and was instructed to go to the hospital. The employee died at the hospital on January 8, 2021 at 2:45 p.m. from COVID-19.
