The employer specializes in comprehensive rehabilitation programs for post-acute and custodial care. The employee was assigned to work at station #2 during a COVID-19 outbreak. On November 20, 2020, the employee tested positive for COVID-19 and was admitted to the hospital on November 24, 2020. On December 29, 2020, the employee died.
