Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 8:00 a.m. on December 4, 2020, an employee who worked in an unspecified capacity for an automotive maintenance facility died due to COVID-19. On November 13, 2020, the employee called off work because he was not feeling well over the weekend and was eventually hospitalized due to COVID-19. Three coworkers who were close contacts also contracted COVID-19 and were quarantined. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
