Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working as a licensed practical nurse at a nursing home where she worked in both the memory care and assisted living units. On November 23, 2020, the employee was in close contact with two residents with COVID-19. The employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died on December 7, 2020.
