Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:00 p.m. on December 12, 2020, an employee was performing normal work duties of being part owner of the company and serving as the purchasing agent/ financial employee. On November 4, 2020, the employee started to exhibit coughing symptoms while at work. The employee went on vacation the same day and returned on November 10, 2020. The employee was hospitalized on November 4, 2020, and died on December 17, 2020, from complications from COVID-19.
