An employee was working as a corrections officer when he was exposed to inmates and coworkers infected with COVID-19. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on November 27, 2020, and was admitted to the hospital December 6, 2020. The employee died on December 20, 2020, due to COVID-19 complications.
