At approximately 7:42 p.m. on December 17, 2020, an employee was working as an Licensed Practical Nurse in the Mental Health department. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on December 1, 2020. The employee was hospitalized on December 7, 2020. On December 17, 2020, the employee died from COVID-19 complications.
