Employee?s fingertip is amputated by machine blade while rem

At approximately 8:40 p.m. on December 11, 2020, Employee #1 was removing a stuck chicken drumstick from the top of a Halver machine. While doing so, his glove on his left hand became caught in the machine blade, resulting in the blade cutting the tip of his left index finger and the glove. The amputation involved only the fingertip. Employee #1 was treated for the injury without hospitalization.
