Employee Is Killed After Caught Between Trailer Frame And Ti

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2020, an employee was closing an air t ank petcock valve located between the dual wheels of a trailer. The trailer fra me lowered when the employee's head was caught between the trailer frame and a t railer tire. The employee was killed after suffering head fractures and suffoca tion.
