Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:04 p.m. on December 9, 2020, an employee was a contracted Janitorial Account Manager who was supervising staff at a skilled nursing facility. The employee and the staff of eight performed housekeeping duties at the facility which included, cleaning patient rooms, main hallways and various common areas, taking out trash and doing laundry. The employee contracted the virus and later ided from complications from the virus at home on December 9, 2020.
