Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on December 12, 2020, an employee was working as a teller. Unsure how the employee contracted COVID-19. However, a coworker who sat within four feet of the employee started having symptoms of COVID-19 on November 18, 2020, and tested positive on November 19, 2020. The employee later died from complications from COVID-19
