Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2020, an employee was an Independent Living Coach (ILC) working in a homegroup providing assistance to clients with daily tasks such as cooking, feeding toileting, showering, medication administration, and other tasks depending on each person's needs. On November 13, 2020, the employee was tested for COVID-19 and received a positive test result on November 15, 2020. The employee was symptomatic for COVID-19 on November 13, 2020, and was sent home. The employee died of COVID-19 related illness on December 10, 2020.
