The employee worked at a skilled nursing facility that provides short and long-term care for patients admitted with a variety of ailments. The employee was hospitalized on November 29, 2020 and the employer was notified of her hospitalization on December 1, 2020. The employee's immediate supervisor was the Director of Nursing.
