Investigation Summary
An employee was working as the warehouse logistics manager for a company that supplied medical supplies to hospitals and medical facilities. The employee's last day of work was November 11, 2020, and the next day was having trouble breathing. On November 13, 2020 the employee went to the hospital and was admitted.
