Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020, an employee reported to the office for two days due to required classified work that could not be completed at home. The employee worked near another employee in another cubicle who was presymptomatic. The employee contracted the virus and became sick and ended up being hospitalized due to COVID-19 complications. The employee later died from the complications of the virus.
