Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 8:06 p.m. on December 1, 2020, an employee was working in the production department when the employee started developing symptoms of COVID-19. The employer sent the employee home so the employee could be tested. The employer was notified on November 23, 2020 that the employee was hospitalized. The employee died due to complications of COVID-19 on December 1, 2020.
