Investigation Summary
Nine (9) employees who worked in administration at a State prison were tested and reported positive for COVID-19. Many of the employees were working alternative work schedules prior to testing positive. Employees worked at two different facilities, both of which had a COVID-19 outbreak. Most of the employees tested positive between November 17, 2020 and November 22, 2020. Two employees tested positive on December 3, 2020, and one employee tested positive on December 20, 2020. None of the employees were reported hospitalized. The employer did not have Adequate Aerosol Transmissible Diseases policies and procedures in place.
