On November 24, 2020, an employee who worked as a Patient Care Technician in a hospital died due to COVID-19. On October 30, 2020, the employee was admitted to the hospital following reciept of a positive COVID-19 test. The employee was discharged from the hospital two days later and was readmitted on November 9, 2020. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
