Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee had worked as a Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing facility. On November 13, 2020, the employee was hospitalized for COVID-19. On November 26, 2020, the employee experienced a heart attack and died. The employee's death is presumed to be work related due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the facility at the time the employee was working there. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
