At approximately 5:00 a.m. on November 24, 2020, an employee was working with a contingent worker who had tested positive for COVID-19. The employee began to experience on-set symptoms and was directed to quarantine COVID-19 related illness COVID-19. The employee later died from complications from COVID-19.
