Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee was working in a department store when he was exposed to customers and coworkers infected with COVID-19. At the time of the employee's symptom onset, the employee was off duty however, the store was experiencing a widespread outbreak of COVID-19 where 16 employees contracted the infection. The employee contracted COVID-19 and subsequently died from his infection at 10:30 a.m. on November 4, 2020.
