Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At approximately 12:00 a.m. on November 18, 2020, an employee worked their normal scheduled shift on November 2, 2020. On November 6, 2020, the employee went to work at the skilled care nursing facility with COVID-19 signs/symptoms. The employee received COVID-19 screening upon arriving at the facility. The employee was tested for COVID-19 and sent home. The employee received a positive test result for the COVID-19 test. The employee was hospitalized on November 13, 2020, with COVID-19 symptoms. The employee died from COVID-19 exposure. COVID-19.
