Two Employees with COVID-19 infection are hospitalized, one

At 1:00 a.m. on November 29, 2020, an employee who had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for a heathcare facility died from COVID-19. The employee had worked on the COVID-19 unit before testing positive for COVID-19 on November 5, 2020. A coworker who also provided patient care, but did not work on the COVID-19 unit, also tested positive for COVID-19. Both employees were hospitalized. One employee subsequently died from COVID-19 complications. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
