Investigation Summary
An employee was working as a nursing aide, orderly, or attendant for a nursing care or skilled nursing facility. He provided home health care services. He was in the presence of a COVID-19 positive client during the client's infectious period. This might have been how the employee contracted COVID-19, but it was not certain.
