Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

At 12:00 a.m. on October 30, 2020, an employee worked for Morrison Health Care and was working at Owensboro Health. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on the 15th of October. The employee was admitted on the 19th of October and placed on a ventilator (Had multiple pre-existing conditions). The employee died overnight and it was reported to the employer around 7 a.m. CST that she died.
