At 11:00 a.m. on October 27, 2020, an employee operated as a licensed Contract Fabricator and Installer of custom, high-end architectural woodworking and millwork for commercial building projects. The employee was a cabinet maker/journeyman and was an employee of WB Powell Inc. The employee was tested for COVID-19 on September 29, 2020 due to other employees in the workplace testing positive. Positive test results were received on October 1, 2020, the employee's last day in the workplace. The employee was hospitalized due to complications from COVID-19 on October 4, 2020 and died on October 27, 2020.
