At 12:00 p.m. on October 29, 2020, an employee was performing her regular tasks caring for two patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), of the third floor's 301 corridor. The employee became symptomatic shortly after caring for the suspected patients carrying the COVID-19 virus. Employee died from COVID-19.
