Employee with COVID-19 infection dies

An employee had been providing patients with social services via phone for a government owned health clinic. The employee's last day of work was October 8, 2020. On that date, the employee and coworkers were tested for COVID-19 due to a possible exposure from a coworker. On October 20, 2020, the employee was confirmed positive by which time her was experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms. The employee died on October 22, 2020. Information regarding engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls for COVID-19 are not included in the narrative.
