At 12:00 a.m. on October 3, 2021, an employee was a full-time Staff Development CRMA. Job duties included, but was not limited to, distributing medication among the residents of the facility. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on 10/1/20 and died in the hospital on 10/13/20.
