At approximately 9:39 p.m. on August 13, 2020, an employee was replacing styrofo am spacers with cardboard ones between product packages on the back of a flatbed trailer. The material fell over and crushed the employee. The employee was cru shed and killed by two 4,000 lbs. packages of product.
